Counter clerk

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic hostess or host who is able to receive visitors independently, give advice, explain current exhibitions and sell tickets. In short, a social colleague who enjoys being involved in the ins and outs of the Romeinse Catacombs Museum. We offer a unique and exciting workplace, nice and enthusiastic colleagues, and a varied job where interaction with other people is central. Hours and days in consultation. This position can be filled as a work experience place or as voluntary work, both based on reimbursement of expenses.

Guide

(type of employment: remunerated voluntary work)

Are you interested in culture (history) and do you want to earn something extra in a special way? Then become a guide at the Roman Catatombs Museum, a mystical underground labyrinth that takes you back to Rome from the third and fourth centuries.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for new colleagues to independently provide guided tours. You have good interpersonal qualities and you can easily respond to the dynamics of a group. Good expression skills in Dutch and German are self-evident, mastery of French and English is an advantage.

You will start with an internal training to become an aspiring guide. This means that you will start with one specific tour. In addition, you give information to visitors about contemporary exhibitions and events. Eventually there is the possibility to be trained to become a fully fledged guide. Hours and days in consultation.
