A visit to our museum is only possible with a guide. This because of the vast underground labyrinth.
A guided tour lasts about 60 minutes.
It is not necessary to make a reservation for the daily guided tours. Do you still want to be assured of your place? Then book your ticket online here.
Guided tours run with a minimum of 2 persons. The maximum size of a group is 20 persons.
If you do not use your entrance ticket, you will not be refunded, but you will receive a voucher for your ticket. This voucher is valid for one year.
Dogs are not allowed.
We ask you to leave backpacks and buggies at our counter. Due to our sometimes narrow corridors the risk of damage to the frescoes is too great.
The temperature in the corridors is about 12 degrees in summer and winter. It is therefore advisable to bring warm clothing.
